Your artwork needs to be in AI or SVG vector files. If you do not have a vector file, we recommend 300 dpi or higher in either PNG or JPEG. Tentatively we provide design services as well. Check out our customer service for more information.

Readymade t-shirt and uniform the minimum is 1 piece.
Customize order. The minimum order starts from 10 pieces and above.

For corporate gifts, including woven bags and facemask products, the minimum order is at 200pcs unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Prices are quoted based on the type of product, number of print placements, number of artwork colours, and artwork print size. Our sales representative will calculate when you send your artwork.

Sample kits can be purchased be made for customized orders only, selections are limited to 1 sample, and you can choose only 1 size (XS up to 3XL), which deposit sample will be taken (RM250/SAMPLE). It was only applicable for garment orders only.

The sample deposit will be deducted from the bulk order amount invoice if you agree to proceed with the bulk order. If not, it will be the cost of producing the samples.

The second sample, later on, will be charged RM250/sample, and there will be no reduction in the bulk order invoice. So make sure to double-check all the details in our job sheet before you proceed with the sample.

If you agree to proceed with the bulk order, the sample needs to be returned to us, and we will replace it with a new shirt.

Aero Custom is our fully custom-made to-order shirts. These are the products that you are familiar with:

• Allows for more customization. (Custom print, custom dye, detailing such as double stitch, back tape, and more.)
• More colours are available.
• Pre-production samples are available. (Available in 7-14 working days after job sheet confirmation.)

  Aero Instantis readymade mass-manufactured apparel that is available in the market.

• Quick production turnaround time.
• Limited colours and customization options.
• No pre-production sample.

Aero Custom – 14 up to 30 working days after the job sheet and payment

Aero Instant – 7 up to 14 working days, the stock is available, the job sheet has been approved, and payment has been made

We are not responsible for any copyright violation. Customers must be entirely responsible for their orders.

Any complaint must be informed within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If there is a need for alteration, we will take 7-14 working days, depending on the defects.

Deposit 80%, and the balance (20%) must be cleared before or during product delivery.

Safety and storage charges will be imposed RM30/DAY after the 8th day, starting when the product is ready for collection or delivery.
